Official requirements
- Plain white background
- Face fills most of the frame (75–85% of photo)
- Eyes open, looking directly at camera
- Neutral expression, mouth closed
- Clear prescription glasses allowed (no tint, no glare)
- Recommended 600 DPI due to small print size
